Follow the below steps corresponding to your browser.The steps are very much simple and the best thing about this trick is you can still see if others had 'seen' your message or not but Your friends can't see that you have 'seen'.

CHROMEIn Chrome, right click on the 'Adblock' icon next to the address bar & hit 'Options'
Click on the 'Customize' tab.
Click the 'Edit' button next to 'Manually Edit Your Filters'.
